Print Raffle Update: The raffle tickets and information packets were mailed to all the
counties. The first print was from artist – Robert Duncan. The title of this particular print is
“Winter’s Blanket’.   The second print was a Terry Redlin. The title of this particular print is
“Harvest Memories’. Tickets were sold for $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00. Winners were drawn
on Saturday.

       Expenses are $ 25.96 postage (59 @ .44 cents)
                                 83.74 Robert Duncan print
                               242.74 Terry Redlin print
                               352.44 Total expenses

       Tickets sold - $916.00 = net $563.56

Congratulations to the winners: Dixie Oedekoven-Meade County (Robert Duncan) and
Vanessa Goehring-Campbell County (Terry Redlin)

Room Raffle Update: These tickets were also included in the packet mentioned above.
Tickets were sold for $1.00 each. The winner of one night’s stay at the Convention on
Friday night (April 30th) or $50.00, if unable to attend, was Alan Voller from Perkins County.
He was unable to attend and was issued a $50.00 check.

Proceeds were $232 - $50 (cash instead of room) = net $182.

Discussion was held at the convention on continuing the current print and room raffle –
consensus was ‘if it’s not broke, don’t fix it’. Everyone seems to like these two projects.

Thank you to Jim Anderson for asking me to continue on this committee and for you, the
SDASCOE members support. It has been a fun experience.
